Alina Behrens earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Aachen, followed by a master’s degree in Data Science at the University of Vienna (2025). During her master’s thesis, she conducted research at the CIR Lab, focusing on forecasting irregularly sampled image sequences.
She is now pursuing her PhD at the Medical University of Vienna, where she is exploring more ways to apply deep learning models to irregularly sampled data.
