Fabian Linsenmeier is a PhD student in the CIR group. His research focuses on functional reorganization in brain tumor patients, particularly the development of machine learning models to represent connectomic graphs and how they evolve over time. He is funded by the Bridge-AI doctoral network, as part of the EU's Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions program. The goal of his research is to gain interpretable insights into functional reorganization and to improve the prediction of clinical outcomes.

Before his PhD studies, he earned his master's degree in Physics at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, focusing on computational physics, machine learning, and their applications to the natural sciences.
