Mohammed Kamran is a PhD Student at the Medical University of Vienna. He completed his Master's Degree in Informatics at the Technical University of Munich, Germany in 2023. His master thesis focused on the application of Graph Transformers and Contrastive pre-training techniques to enhance the diagnosis of chest X-rays. This research was conducted at the Chair of Computer Aided Medical Procedures, IFL Lab, Klinikum Rechts der Isar, Munich, Germany. He is currently engaged in two PhD projects: MALBACS (Breast cancer high-risk cohort) and EUCAIM (EUropean Federation For CAncer IMages) at CIR. His work revolves around leveraging deep learning to enhance MRI for more effective breast cancer detection in high-risk patients.
