Marcon Elias

Elias Marcon is currently in the third semester of his second Master of Science in AI Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien, having previously completed his MSc in Data Science with distinction. His academic career is complemented by extensive practical experience. As a research assistant at Wiener Linien GmbH & Co KG, he was involved in projects on employee turnover analysis and mobile phone data analysis. He developed models for predicting employee turnover and optimized data pipelines for analyzing large volumes of mobile phone data. Additionally, he completed an internship in web data analysis at A1 Telekom Austria AG. His first master’s thesis in deep learning focused on ball recognition and tracking in grassroots football (Kreisliga - 2. Bundesliga).
