The focus of our research is the liver and pancreas. We perform multiparametric MRI using liver-specific contrast agent, i.e., gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI. Our team has developed a noninvasive simple, innovative visual scoring system, i.e., the functional liver imaging score (FLIS), to predict survival with various liver diseases. Our other research focuses on ways to improve the MRI exam protocol.
