Ivana Janickova finished bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at the Comenius University in Bratislava (Slovakia), continued with a master's degree in Bioinformatics at KU Leuven (Belgium) and graduated with distinction in 2022. Since September 2022 she is a PhD student in the CIR lab where she works on deep learning approaches for bridging the imaging and sequencing data modalities.
