This project aims at developing new preprocessing strategies for in-utero functional MRI with the focus on the following research lines
(1) Development of new high resolution reconstruction and motion correction techniques
(2) Quality assessment of functional connectivity analysis techniques and preprocessing pipelines of fetal data
(3) Longitudinal analysis of developing functional connectivity in fetuses.
Team: Daniel Sobotka, Georg Langs, Roxane Licandro
Project partners: King's College London, UK.
Objectives: Investigation and development of a high resolution reconstruction and motion correction technique for resting state functional MRI acquisitons of fetuses.
